Day-by-day
Dec 15
- Arrived at HKG Airport. Took the A11 bus to Macau Ferry and then walked to Ibis Central. The fare was 41,90 HKD.
- Tried to go to a food court nearby "Queen Street Food Court" but did not have lunch there.
- Walked around and reached Man Mo Temple (文武廟 - Văn Vũ Miếu).
- Walked to Dim Sum Square, a restaurant. Bill: 184 HKD.
- Walked to Tai Kwun (大館 - Đại Quán). Within is the old Victoria Prison, a significant landmark for Vietnamese: Sung Man Cho, or Nguyen Ai Quoc, or Ho Chi Minh was imprisoned here from 1931 to 1933; It was also one of the place admitting Vietnamese "boat people" (thuyền nhân) in the 1980s.
- Tried to catch the 22/22S bus at Hollywood Road but couldn't, instead caught a classic red cab to the Hong Kong Observation Wheel.
- Took the 54 bus to dinner, Tsim Chai Kee Noodle. Bill was 114 HKD and was super crowded.
- Walked to Central Market and used the public toilet.
- Rode Kennedy Tram back to Ibis.

- Walked to Queen Street Tram station and took the tram to The Peak Tram station
- Walked to the Peak tower and took the inclined tram
- Spent time at The Peak building
- Lunch at Trusty Congee King in Peak Galleria
- Bought Tiny Miniature bus, tram and ferry there
- Short hike to Victory Peak
- Watched the sunset
- Went down, walked past St. Joseph Cathedral
- Took tram back to Ibis Hotel
- Dinner near by at Luk On kui for 286 HKD
- Took the Kennedy Tram to Sheung Wan Station
- Went to Temple Street near by at Luk On kui for 286 HKD

- Took tram to Peddler Street and walked to Star Ferry
- On the other side, Tsim Sha Tsui, went to McDOnald for Breakfast
- When to the Clock Tower
- Tried Legoland but you actually needed an accompanying child. Gave the tickets to a couple with a kid
- Instead, went to the Space Museum. Watched the 3D show
- Walked to Log Ye Yim Sum for lunch
- Went to "The Commercial Press", a book store
- Went to Matsuya Camera. The owner/shopkeeper was a Vietnamese speaking Chinese!
- Went to Time Fly Slow With Film to buy some film, but they closed
- Walked back to Star Avenue
- Reached Bruce Lee Statue and sat at the Starbucks there
- Walked into the Tsim Sha Tsui MRT station and took the Tsun Wan Line back to Central
- Took the tram to Connaught Street and walked to Ibis
- Rest a bit then took the tram to Causeway
- Went to Mak's Noodle for dinner
- Went to checkout Uniqlo
- Waited for the tram and Canal Road. This happened to be the famous Canal Road Flyover where they do a sorcery practice called "Da Siu Yan" (打小人 - Đả Tiểu Nhân), or villain-hitting.
- Took the tram to Sutherland and walked to Ibis.

Dec 18
- Took tram to Admiralty MRT and took the MRT to Ocean Park
- We bough Admission + Fastrack for two
- Visited:
- Aquarium
- The two pandas
- The Merry-Go round
- The Seal & Sea Lion
- The Sharks
- The Jellyfishes
- The Tropical area
- Bought some onigiri at the MRT and then went back to Ibis
- Tried to walked from Ibis to a joint called "Shanghai Takeaway", which had a picture of Chow Yun Fat, but they were closed
- Ended up at McDonald again

Dec 19
- Took the tram to Peddler Street and took MRT to Mong Kok. Intended to go to Showa Film & Camera but never got there
- Walked to a small place called Kawa cafe. Place was small but barista gave small coinage of Hong Kong for collection
- Went to the Old Police Station and sat at that cafe
- Went to the cinema nearby where there was a shop called "Kubrick"
- Walked to Jade Market, bought some Jade souvernirs
- Took MRT to HK Camerafilm. Bought the adapter for the Yashica 124Mat-G there and the Reto Ultrawide camera, plus some 120mm and 35mm films
- Took MRT back to Admiralty and took the tram to Ki Chan Tea. Bought some Hong Kong Oolong Tea
- Tram back to Ibis and to pack
- Walked to the nearby bus stop, took the E11A (which was the longer route) to Airport Terminal 1. At around 4pm the E11 seems packed. E11A ended up took around 90 minutes.
- Spent time at the Hong Kong International Airport, bought some nice confectionary
